Our exclusive knife series from Solingen

We stock selected knife series from renowned Solingen manufacturers that impress with their quality, design and functionality:

    Herder Eterno Series

The Herder Eterno series stands for timeless elegance and the highest level of craftsmanship. The blades are forged from stainless chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel and are given exceptional edge retention thanks to a special ice-hardening process. The ergonomically shaped handle made from the finest plum wood is comfortable to hold and gives each knife an individual touch. Each knife in the Eterno series is unique, crafted in the tradition of Solingen knife making.

    Half-timbered knife Elite series

The Fachwerk Elite series combines traditional blacksmithing with modern design. The blades are made of high-alloy X50CrMoV15 steel, which is known for its durability and edge retention. The handles made of robust Pakkawood or modern Micarta offer an excellent feel and are extremely durable. The series is characterized by its precise workmanship and striking design, which is reminiscent of half-timbered construction.

    Güde Alpha Series

The Güde Alpha series is a classic among forged chef's knives. The blades are hand-forged from a single piece of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum knife steel and ice-hardened. The handle made of Hostaform, a robust and easy-care plastic, ensures a good balance and sits securely in the hand. The Alpha series impresses with its simple elegance and uncompromising quality, which is created in over 30 manual work steps.

    Güde The Knife series

The Güde The Knife series represents modern design and maximum functionality. The chrome-vanadium-molybdenum steel blades are forged from a single piece and the special Güde forging process gives them exceptional sharpness and edge retention. The handles, made of fine grenadilla wood or easy-care POM, are ergonomically shaped and fit perfectly in the hand. The Knife series is the perfect choice for design lovers who do not want to compromise on quality.

Care and sharpness for long-lasting pleasure

To keep your high-quality chef's knives from Solingen sharp for a long time, proper care is crucial. Clean the knives immediately after use with warm water and a little washing-up liquid and dry them thoroughly. Avoid cleaning in the dishwasher, as this can damage the blades and handles.
