Delivery and shipping costs
Deliveries are made exclusively by German Post or DHL, insured and with proof of shipment.

Shipping fee: 5,00 €
from 70,00 € order value we deliver free of charge.
Shipping conditions EU *
Shipping fee: 7,50 €
from 150,00 € order value we deliver free of charge.
Shipping conditions worldwide *
Shipping fee: 15,00 €
from 200,00 € order value we deliver free of charge.
Customs / Customs costs / Import restrictions
Orders coming from countries outside the EU may be subject to customs duties. We cannot make any statement about the amount of these costs, as there is no uniform regulation in the various countries.
There may also be other import restrictions. We therefore ask you to contact your local customs office if necessary.

In the case of payments with credit cards from countries outside Germany, further checks of the customer's identity may be required. For example, the sending of a copy of the ID or credit card may be requested and should be sent to us by e-mail.
