The already legendary and also widely copied yet unrivaled PRT (Pocket Rescue Tool) has been extended by an innovative and thousandfold requested function. 

Every professional user will be familiar with the scenario: for a large event, numerous disposable handcuffs are carried along in case mass arrests should occur. But how can the disposable handcuffs be safely removed later for the officer and the police officer?
We have succeeded in integrating a permanently usable handcuff cutter, which can be used under all adverse operating conditions, into an operational tool which almost everyone should carry in their personal manpack - a rescue knife.
The PRT LEO - has all the features of the PRT's which have been tried and tested for years. In addition, in cooperation with police and military forces, we have succeeded in integrating a disposable handcuff cutter.
The swiveling lever integrated in the back of the handle presses the plastic disposable handcuff onto the sharp, replaceable blade and cuts it effortlessly and without effort and, above all, without any risk of injury to the police counterpart or the task force, since the sharp blade does not have to be folded out.
