You can choose from six settings—ranging from ultra-fine to extra-coarse—to adjust the grind. The grind setting remains precise even when refilling the mill and can be read on the scale at the bottom of the mill. The classically contoured shape fits comfortably in your hand, and cleaning the mills is quick and easy. Simply add some coarse-grained salt and grind it briefly. This won’t damage the high-performance ceramic grinding mechanism or the stainless steel spindle.
